There's ONE thing you need to make money online...

There is one thing that novice marketers seem to be missing over and over again when trying to do anything online.

You want to build a list, but you don't have any _____ to give away
You want backlinks to your site, but you don't have any ____ to promote with
You want to build your site, but you don't have any ____ to put on it.

The missing piece is Content!

I don't want to sound like just another 'content is king' preacher, but...

Most of the time, all that you need is a couple decent articles or an ebook to get going and meet your goals. If you want to increase your rank without content, you're going to be stuck building weak profile links. Blog commenting is just like making a tiny piece of content - like a miniature guest post. Why not write 500-1,000 words and actually make a guest post?

Here's my challenge:

Next time you're ready to get some work done, just write. That's it. Write as much as you can, and next time you're on your computer, write some more. If you have even just 5 well-written articles on your hands, you have a ton of promotional potential. These could be 2 guest posts, 1 article for the directories and syndication, 1 for your site alone, and another could be converted into an ebook and used to build a list. How you use it is up to you, but the point is that you will have options. If you don't have any content to use right now you're sitting on 'E'. Fill up with some content and plan out a strategy for getting traffic and growing your site, and get busy!
