Very difficult to find local domains in France

i need your help;
I'm trying to find good local domains in France;
I need many domains for big cities like Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille.
I want to buy a domain like: deparis.com so I can put a keyword before using sub domains (exemple: plombier.deparis.com);
I need some pointer to do that.
