need help with my squidoo lens

Hey
im still new with IM but im learning and enjoying it.
I'm in the car auction niche and my main site is a squidoo lens
called car auction review.
this lens is ranked on the first page for multiple keywords including
car auction and public car auction.
Eventhough with these achievements i still cant make a constant money out of it (i only made $400 from this website of 5months).
can some one help me out and spot the problems?

        Lets start with your main headline. I'll reword the question, what's wrong with it? You tell me in your own words what your thoughts are.

        And if you're right I'll congratulate you and if you're completely off the mark I'll give you an indication of the direction you want to be heading in.

    I'd just like to add, $80 a month doesn't seem that bad to me. After you've implemented Pete's tips, why not build a couple more lenses? Not sure you're going to make your fortune with one Squidoo lens.

    From here, you don't rank in the first 200 results for "Car auction". Using Scroogle to get non-personalized results, you're not in the first 200 either. For "public car auction" your "Places" result shows up (how can a squidoo lens and a clickbank product be a "place"?)- but it shows an address in Etobicoke, ON, so why would anyone from elsewhere bother to click on it? And "public car auctions" only gets 1000 exact searches/month, worldwide.

    The squidutils valuation tool shows your lens getting 17 visitors per day. Let's crunch some numbers. If you were to get an optimistic 5% conversion rate from your lens to CB, and the same on the CB product sales page, for each CB sale you'd need 20 CB visitors, and for each of those CB visitors you'd need 20 squidoo visitors, giving you a needed 400 squidoo visitors per CB sale. At 17/day, that means you'd get 1 CB sale per 23 days on average.

    There are 2 ways to improve your numbers: increase your traffic, or increase your conversions. Pete's help should improve your conversions, but your traffic probably needs to increase too.
