I've had this happen to me a couple times a week where someone emails me about buying a product from me signups to my membership site but I can't find any payment note or email from my system in my inbox about it... I have it setup so it must email me about new signups and payments. Is this something you guys notice while running membership site where customers signups but not getting any payment notifications or anything? How do you deal with it? --David |

Depends on what script your using David. If your using SMP for example, customers fill out the signup form first then process a payment after that. If they abandon the payment they still have an account to log into the members area but do not have access to any paid products. If you have the script set up properly anyone can get access to the inside of the members area but without payment they can not access any products. Quote:
