Hey Warriors!

I have been in the real estate game for a while now, flipping houses with no money down, etc... I am interested in seeing if there might be a demand for this on WF?

I would create an eBook, then perhaps a 1 on 1 or group coaching class with a few people.

It would explain no money down tactics, how to attract buyers and sellers, all without having any kind of license.

Just curious if there would be a demand for it. Let me know what you think!

    I said no, but that's just because real estate has never been of any real interest to me. I'm sure it is successful though, people need a place to live.

    People here won't go for it because it's not a cash-sucking auto pilot no brainer where you can get rich with almost no effort. Real estate investing takes work.

    I'm not being sarcastic either. If it were a seller you'd already see it in the WSO forum.
