INTERNET MARKETING

Hi there,

Well, I'm new here...and starting to look around the forums..but I have a question,
I'm involved in iPhone/iPad applications..(creating them), and so far my sales isn't that good...

What do you think is the best practice to get more sales...?

  actually, I didn't so far, just released them into the app store... and waited for the magic.
  
  and because my budget isn't that big, I can't afford those expensive campaigns..

You should create a website, promote it on forums, just think of ways of getting more and more people to actually go to that sales page.

  You should be able to post the url of your website, it is a marketing forum and all.
  
  Go where the traffic is and point them gently towards your website, don't be to "buy my s%!t" about it as this will be a big turn off.

Just think of it .as a product .. and start promotion as everyone else is doing ..

Thats should get you started ... a website is the first thing you need to get more sales ..

Hi,

there are so many (semi) free ways (few already mentioned here) to attract interest prospects to your apps, including video marketing. If you are good at writing I`d start off with a mini-site and create informative content, then promote it to press release and ezine sites to get the traffic.

I think the best thing you can do is use sites like twitter and facebook and create a profile for your company, keep it as updated as possible and do your best to create a relationship with your customers, also be very active in forums that are related
