What I can do with my small 400 subscribers list?

Hi, Can you tell me what I can do with my very small 400 subscribers list. The best thing about this list is that I never asked them to subscribe in order to get a particular stuff. They subscribed AFTER reading my product, because they liked it. These are related to money making niche. Anybody have a good idea?

    Send them a link to your squeeze page and ask them to subscribe to another one of your mailing lists and see how many signup. Repeat as necessary. Whoever is left is your most loyal follower.

    Send them long emails and/or videos giving them valuable information to build trust with them.

    Survey them, to find out, what information/tools they need. Send them more free stuff with that information, and promote info products and tools based on their answers.

    And of course.. Keep adding subscribers :-)

      It is good that they subscribed because they liked your free stuff

      You might think that 400 people is too small

      But what really matters is how responsive the list really is

      I would recommend that you survey your list first and find out what they want

      When you do , create helpful post that address their problem

      and their find an excellent product that works to promote and give them an amazing bonus if they buy through your affiliate link

      Of course , get to a 1000 subscribers and continue to build your list

      If you are willing to spend , you can get 1000 subscribers in a day

        This is the best piece of advice you could ask for.

        Dont ask us, ask THEM.

        Put a survey together on survey monkey (its free) and ask them how you can help them, what they need, what they are looking for.

        Once you know exactly what they want - the rest should be easy.

        400 members paying $27 a month for a membership program is $10,800 per month.

    Hi Supersonic,

    I believe you should continue to provide them with valuable content so as to build good relationship with them. "Money is in the list" is something for you take note of when it comes to selling your own products or promoting offers to your list.

    Track the conversion rate and the open click rate whenever you broadcast or schedule your email series to your list. Keep doing it and you will benefit a lot from your list in the long term.

    Idea of doing a survey is good or better still hold a free webinar on something, that way you will increase interaction.

    It is all about building a relationship with this list, no matter how small it is.

      Great question!

      Take a look at the headlines of your emails. See which ones are performing and ask yourself why. Try implementing similiar hidelines to the ones that arent.

      Im definitely not experienced when it comes to email marketing, but that might be a good start.

        Subscribe to list of about 5 or 6 giants in the industry like Frank Kern. Use the emails you get from them as a guide and save them in a folder called "swipe file".

        You'll start to get a feel for subject lines and body copy.

        This way you're learning from the best.

    Whatever you do, don't just sell to them. Give them as much free and valuable information as you can! They subscribed because they liked what you had to offer, that is the beginning of them trusting you. Fortify that trust, get it to the point where they are hungrily waiting for you to send them another email. After you reach this point (and only after), offer them a quality product and watch the sales come pouring in.

    Position yourself as a leader by sending them valuable content or information so that you begin to build trust with them.

    Once people view you as a friend and not a pitchy salesman, you will see the sales come in whenever you send out sales emails!

    Thats a good sized list for a targeted niche, I would just make sure you send them related offers and or information that they can use.
