Hey guy's,

I've currently been taken on by a company here in Ireland to help them run an affiliate campaign and was wondering if anyone here who has done an any type of affiliate campaigns for themselves would mind helping me out to put together a plan of action!

Basically the site is a design site where designers can upload their work and get paid a commission for every time someone purchases their work. They also get paid for all their referrals too.

If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it!

    Hi Deck

I recomend using either PPC or SEO on your site, getting it high up there on google so you get more traffic and that may convert. Also use sights like twitter and flickr and build relationships with your customers and raise awareness about your products

    Hope i helped

I'm assuming they have the money for an advertising campaign? You're going to want to market directly to artists so I would get involved with forums and other communities as much as possible.

Be careful about not being too advertisey though - artists especially can be a little cagey about that stuff and tend to be fairly anti-advertising - so don't just hop on forums and start talking about your service or you're liable to get a bad rep upfront.
