Free or low Cost Banner creation site/software??

Hi All

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced or even better free site or software package to create quality banners. Not just text , but i need to create banners with say 2 images , various colours and text.

    Gimp is a great tool. Check it out. It's downloadable online & free.

    Creating banners is both an art and a science. If you aren't sure of what you are doing, it really pays to find someone who does. Fortunately, a lot of those people will work for peanuts and you can find some of them on Fiverr. I would start there.

    If you are able to get PhotoShop you can create ad's.

    Look up youtube tutorials on making ad's and im sure you will figure out what your ad should look like. Look for these types of tutorials for PhotoShop.

    sizing and cropping and maybe some magic wand
