Setting up recurring affiliate programs..

I mainly offer SEO services to online and offline customers and although I didn't initially intend to promote my services through affiliates, I have had a couple of people expressing their interest. In fact they got me a few sales already. Most of my main services are subscription based services for which I pay out recurring commissions. But I don't quite know how to device a method in which the process can be automated (I am currently using Paypal to make one-off payments every month).
Do you know of a method or website that will help me resolve this dilemma?
