Hi Everyone, Sandy here

First, I'd like to give thanks to all the warriors who have posted in my previous threads
about the tips, resources, and ideas that I love to share
whenever I find new and interesting stuff I think you'll enjoy. Thank you everybody..

Have you seen all the different kinds of "Widgets" people have been
adding to websites and blogs lately?

Here's another Twitter resource I've found that will
get a lot of use from me, that's for sure.

As of this post, there's over 989 widgets that are Twitter related. All gathered in one place.

    Thanks for both those resources. Twitter's the one Social Network site I like because it's short and sweet and so easy to access. Facebook and the like just leave me cold...too much of a timesuck!

      Thanks for the resources. I am new to using twitter myself and I LOVE it. I don't know what took me so long to get over there.

      I do find that it is easy to waste a lot of time there.

      I like Tweetbeep because it tells me whenever my name is mentioned on Twitter and you can set it up to tell you when whatever phrase that you like are mentioned - weight loss, new moms, dog training, whatever.

      I also like Twitter Search - sort of like Google for Twitter.

    I have to echo Daddyg :
    Twitter's the one Social Network site I like because it's short and sweet and so easy to access. Facebook and the like just leave me cold...too much of a timesuck!
    Both Squidoo and Facebook are well known but as you say, time consuming. It can takes ages to produce something worthwhile on both these sites whereas Twitter requires very little input. I found response turnaround time on Twittter is a lot quicker as well, once someone is following you it is almost guaranteed that many more will follow without you having to do much.
