ask them "what is your problem" and do a tally chart, get the top results, and create a report around the most popular answer? :confused:.

    I have run surveys that ask only one question:

    "What is your most burning question about 'X' ?"

    Where 'X' is your niche or subject. That can be a good approach if you want to get in tune with the general buzz around your niche. Of course, if you're looking for answers to specific topics that kind of generic question probably won't get you very far.

    It really comes down to what kind of information you are looking for. Can you elaborate on your question?
