Question about Flippa

Hi guys,

I have a question about flippa - when you post your sites earnings do you include the money earned by affiliates?

So say my site made 10,000 last month, but i only received 2,000 of that - what figure would i include?

      Another quick question - i have a site that's made $18,400 gross since March (around 7,000 net) - PR3 blog with a list of 5800 subscribers with around 900 visits a day.

      How much do you think i could sell that for?

        Pretty hard to say without some more info. Does it have a unique product? Or you promoting affiliate products?

        As it's quite a young site, you'd probably be looking in the region of $15k, but there are a lot of variables that could make it more/less than that.

          Thanks Thomas - i have 9 products for sale - 7 are mine so 100% all to me - 2 others are affiliate which is an 80/20 split.

          I have also just commissioned 6 1 hour video courses which i will sell through the site which i'm hoping will add at least another $1000 to the monthly earnings. These should be ready by mid August - I Plan to flip the site around October once i can prove sales performance of the videos over a couple of months. I also plan to release one more product for the site within that time. By then i hope to have the site earnings up to 2500/3000 net a month.

          The reason I'm selling is because i want to use the money to invest in a new project.
