What are your expectations?

Hey Warriors,

Just wanted to get some feedback regarding your expectations when you order a service related to internet marketing..

What are your likes/dislikes?
How important is customer service to you?
Is price the most important thing when deciding between which service to go for?
What are the things that make you come back to the same provider?

I really appreciate your feedback!

I expect that I can reach the vendor and get swift replies.

When I am in the market for a particular service O often have questions or need some clarification. If these questions are answered fast it's a big plus point.

I would never knowingly buy a service where no customer support is delivered.

You can see the results of good customer service for example in the hosting business: Rackspace (fanatical customer service). They have build their whole (not small) business on excellent customer service.

Customer support is important. Makes me feel like if something goes wrong or I need help I will not be abandoned.

What brings me back to the same vendor is their sincere desire to help me succeed.

The total price is not as important as how much I am considered in the deal.

For example I saw a "Do it for you offer" at a super deal of $497 but sales video left me thinking, "information overload".

On the other hand I am willing to pay $47 every two weeks for a total of 18 installments that will effectively teach me over a period of 8 months in a membership study course.

Sure the payment system can be more challenging but if you do it right and do not "info overload" your customers you will have customers for life.

That's my customer point of view, hope it helps
