I've had this question for a while but can't seem to find an answer to it. Lets say you have a PPC campaign that is making a ton of money. Are there any rules against telling an associate how to set the campaign up so that you pay them maybe 10% of your budget, and they run the campaign from their own advertising account?

Another example. Lets say a company wants to advertise on Bing, but has a team of over 20 marketers. Are all 20 of these marketers allowed to open accounts on Bing and advertise the company?
