Buy domain for each affiliate product?

Do I need to buy a domain for each affiliate product that I want to promote?

If you are promoting different affiliate products from different niches, do you need to buy domains related to each? For example, mini sites.

Seems like things could get expensive.

    Yes. You can combine 3 or 4 products of same niche and promote them on same domain however, it isn't possible to promote a hair loss product and fat loss product on same site. It will just not sell.

    If they're from different niches, I think you really do, yes.

    Like most affiliate marketers, I promote products within a niche from one site and one domain-name, and build one collective list for them. And (of course) benefit enormously from having a range of related products to promote to the same people - this is where most of the income is, really, in affiliate marketing.

    But if you're promoting a home desalination technology product and a skin-care product (for example), it's difficult to see how you can avoid using two different domains. One would hardly want to promote one product to readers/subscribers in the other niche.

    Domain-names are about the cheapest of the various small expenses required, really. You can buy .info domain-names from GoDaddy for $1 each.

    The financial entry-barriers into "internet marketing" are perhaps lower, overall, than those for any other business model.
