Most forums dont allow links unless its in your signature and even then some places are strict about that.

Unless there are other spots in a forum to advertise, your sig links have to suffice for this part of your marketing. Make good informative posts and hope that people are interested in finding out more about you or your links. Definitely find other ways to market your links besides forums. You might want to be in this forum for your links, but if you actually participate and read, you'll learn a lot of other means to get your links out to the right viewers.

the way I do forum marketing is to find all the biggest forums in the niche that allow advertising, then I buy all the best spots, that's why becoming a master of copy and conversion pays off.

One good forum can bring in hundreds of qualified visitors a day.

Forum marketing is the same as social marketing. Dropping spam links is just spam. You need to build relationships and participate in the conversation and contribute to the forum in order to be successful at it.

you first read the rules and guideline set by the forums, mostly forums do not allow signature to the newbies unless they have sufficient number of quality post seconly you can try guest blogging, article submission and social networks for traffic.

I'm going out on a limb here, and guess that the forums you are getting banned from or spam flagged on are heavily populated by academics. Many academics tend to look down their noses at commerce of any kind, and will see anything you do as peeing in their pool.

You may have a hard time doing any kind of traditional forum marketing in these forums. You'll just have to look for the exceptions.

In the meantime, if the popular forums you find have anti-marketing leanings, look for Adsense. If you find it, buy page-targeted ads on the pages most relevant to what you offer. You could also target run-of-site ads on those forums or sections of those forums. You'll pay based on the number of exposures, but the traffic you get should be uber-targeted if you do it right, and by laser targeting your ads, you keep your costs to a minimum...

They may be clicking your link to your site and after seeing this mess:
"Universitiy is the Institution incorporate for the motive of promotes education in all over the World and to examine the student's knowledge."
immediately hit the spam / ban buttons.

If a person thinks education is important, that person is also likely to be offended when someone is uneducated.

Like, say, when a person who does not speak very good English is trying to market in an English-speaking forum. It's usually a good idea to be well-educated in the language your target audience speaks.
