Which route to take?

Ok, so I finally bought a domain name with 8100k local monthly searches and $3.4 CPC, exact match, 0 competition. Registered it on Friday, by Sat. I was at the top of the second page for the keyword.
They keyword targets success.
In your opinion what is the best route for me to take?
My first thought was, well create a web site for an affiliate product
Second, create a "youtube" like site with video tutorials for IMers
3rd, create some kind of social network just for IMers?

Affiliate web site is great, but I'd rather create something new ...
