Hi, guys , I'm selling ebooks on ebay auctions.
As a newbie, I don't know if it's legal to send ebooks through email, what if I got feedback immediately after I mark shipped, will I be banned by Ebay? thanks~

I was under the impression that eBay had banned digital goods such as ebooks. I think you need to put them on a CD and sell them that way.

Got to physically mail them on CD or paper to them. Digital delivery will get your eBay account banned. They have not allowed digital delivery in a long time.

Well, technically that is mail. It is electronic mail, thus email. They are just trying to get around eBay's terms of usage with some trickery.

Bottom line... If you want to "keep" a particular eBay account... Don't play games with them. Follow their rules.

If you don't mind losing a particular eBay account, do what ever you want.

      Right.

Anyway, you can to solve your problem with Kunaki. With using their service you can go on the CD route cheaply, and simultaneously comply with eBay rules.

      All the best,

This is what Ebay has to say on the matter -

"...A digital item is a computer file or special information that you can access online or have delivered electronically. Digitally delivered goods and items which are transferred electronically are not permitted on eBay...."

People breaking Ebay's policy on this matter run the risk of Ebay responding in a very unfavorable manner.
