Pre-Order with Amazon

I have never promoted a product that is not yet out, but on one of my websites, it would be a great addition.

I just had a question about receiving commission as an Amazon affiliate. Does it show up in the orders report right away, or do you have to wait to see it when the product comes out?

    It won't show up until the product is actually shipped.

    I have quite a few sites and focus a lot on products that are brand new and the product does shows up in your orders report when you get the order but you wont see the commission show until it actually ships as per any other product sold.

    Its kinda like a nice bonus when the product does hit the market and all your pre orders ship

      I have a site built completely around pre-orders at the moment.

      As Gaz pointed out... It will show in the orders page as soon as they pay for it.

      However, you won't see the commission until it ships.
