I never used any of the backlink services so I can't really speak on them but I would say give it a try. It just might give your site a boost in traffic. And since you are not a native English speaker you can always hire someone to write the articles for you. There are plenty of great article writers on this forum. Otherwise just keep doing what you are doing. Obviously you are getting some traffic from your blog comments. Take it up a notch and start commenting on more blogs.

I think your best way of getting traffic is to create a well rounded strategy. 90% of it should focus on content (which is King) while the other 10% can focus on comments and maybe services like this one you are mentioning. As Miller said, its mostly to give your website a slight "boost".

It might also be more beneficial to use sites like Directory Maximizer and Build My Rank which have proven to be effective.

They are worth it if you are already well off in IM. The big guys with huge websites making them thousands daily go after these traffic offers.

If you haven't already made a strong foundation in IM, I suggest you go back to the barebone basics and work from there to build a business.

I heard alot of these backlink services are Black Hat. Best to do your backlinks yourself so you know they'll be done right.

Save your money and stay away from that. The visitors that you get are all junk visitors.

If you don't speak English good enough for article marketing why don't you hire a English writer? You can get good articles for a fair price for what every keyword you want.

I would invest in a writer before you buy those backlinks/visitors services for your site.

1. At the beginning, practice basic grammar and sentences patterns, use them when you're writing articles.

2. If you'll feel that My language skills are insufficient to express this idea, break the idea into short sentences and write.

3. Double and triple check your articles for grammar and sentences before publishing.

Proper English knowledge is very important to become a successful internet marketer. Writing articles by yourself is great opportunity to develop own language skills. Don't miss it.

Find legitimate reviews about these packages before going to buy them. Some of traffic sellers use too many crappy tricks to generate these kinds of cheap priced traffic.

I don't have a good idea about backlink packages. "5000 backlinks for $29" If I'm the seller (I'm not selling backlinks), I don't give 5000 quality backlinks for a price like $29. Anyway, there's a marketing method such as "cheap price more sales" So, follow legitimate reviews.
