Business Structure

My partners and I are trying to get our business structure together. What we're looking for is operational agreements, payment structures, &how to properly do accounting. If anyone knows of a WSO that would be beneficial to our needs please let me know. Thanks.

    You need professional advice rather a wso that may not be specific to you and where you live. I'd suggest you visit a proper accredited accountant to start with and maybe a lawyer.

      okay, thank you Rich. I was just seeing if there was any general advice out there because I have seen some WSOs talking about setting up businesses. But I will take your advice and consult with a lawyer.

        i would agree you need professional advice. however you can find several templates for common online documents such as privacy policy's or affiliate agreements.

        this is not to be taken as legal advice, but most sites use templates for stuff like this.
