I know from time to time I need a nudge to keep me going. There are times when things seem so complicated, and the tension becomes too much to bear.

That is the point where I step back, and inject simplicity.

The goals we want to accomplish. The vision we have in our mind of the life we want to accomplish. There is only one way to get there.

Do something -- one thing -- every single day.

It is as simple as we'll let it be.

    I agree, Kev. Sometimes we get so overwhelmed and things seem so hard to do. But if you can just take at least one step and day, just do at least one thing a day to make progress you will make it!

    Just keep at it, one thing a day at least. Keep moving forward.

      Well said guys...

      I just did a skim of the forum on my way back to this thread. That was an eye opening experience.

      Don't get me wrong, I'm a die hard learner, and I can see the value in a "learn by committee" approach...to an extent.

      It seems as though some of us are over complicating what we're trying to accomplish however.

      If you have a problem/challenge, you need to make a decision. Chances are you know what your options are.

      (If you don't know what your options are, ask yourself..."what are my options here"...then answer it. )

      To move past your problem, make a decision and take action. The more decisions you make, the better you'll get. It is as simple as we'll let it be.
