Got Linked In coupon, any guide to advertise with them?

Hi;
What a fortunate day

I got a coupon from Linked In to advertise with them.

I believe they are throwing some of advertisement coupon.

But, I don't have any experience doing any ads with this kind of web.
My question are :

1. Is it the same as advertise on Google
2. Is it the same as advertise on Facebook (which one closer, Google or Facebook)
3. What the best approach to advertise on Linked In
4. Any web or guide that discuss about advertising using Linked In.
