Why is it so hard to get a reply from anyone at Squidoo

Help Please!!!

Hi Everybody

I am in real need of some help I have been locked out of my squidoo account for nearly three months now. I just cannot get hold of these people I have sent numerous tickets,emails whatever there system calls it. I know they say they have a small team and its takes a while to get back but come on three months and not one reply, apart from the automated message that is. Would be truely grateful if any one can shed some light on this now frustrating problem that I have.

    You should thoroughly read their terms and conditions. As what you had said they have small team and they can't accommodate hundreds or thousands have similar complaints like you.

      Well, they could resolve a lot of those complaints by being more specific about why they locked a lens instead of telling people to go read their terms and conditions. After all, if a person clicked a button to lock a lens, certainly they had a reason for locking the lens and could supply the reason.

      But, they don't do that. So, if they have hundreds or thousands of people contacting them about their locked lens or accounts, it's Squidoo's own fault.

    But a cheap hosting plan (Hostgator has them) and a domain and as long as you aren't doing anything illegal or against the hosting TOS, you won't have to worry about building sites and being locked out. Relying on these third party sites is building castles on sand.

    Squidoo made it clear they don't want no "stinkin affiliate marketers" and, like Google has taken the steps to insure they don't do business there, or at least that it is difficult and risky at best.

    To be certain, they had to do this. I remember when Squidoo listings were seen in the top of Google serps all the time. Now I never see one. It was spammed to death. Their move was self-defensive.

    Squidoo is worthless. Hubpages is better, although still not that friendly toward affiliate marketers.
