FTC diclaimer on footer or disclaimer page?

Just realised my prebuilt disclaimer page which pretty rubbish and I'm redoing it.

Could anyone tell me, to comply with FTC regulations do I need to tell people I make a commission on the footer or can I say so on the disclaimer page?

I'm not trying to hide the fact I make a commission, but I need to add the Amazon line as well for about a dozen sites - it'd be a lot less work if I could just put it on the page.

Cheers for any pointers on this,
Monopoly

    Hi Monopoly,

I place my disclaimers on the disclaimer page

Placing it on the Disclaimer page should be fine. If you are still concerned, the best way to find out will be to ask amazon themselves if it is ok to place it on your disclaimer page, so that you have a confirmation.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Monopoly,

i always create a link in the footer which says
Note: The owner of this site is an affiliate of the products promoted.
which is linked with a separate disclaimer page.

i would also tell you to send an email to amazon which will help you to get much better answers.

i guess this helps you to promote products properly in your website.

    kindest,

From what I understood it should be plainly visible and nearby to the affiliate promotion link itself. A link, and then it would direct to a page for more details seems fine.
