hi there,

first post

i am setting up a site for like my telesales reps. i have 2 workin for me now on a commission basis. currently my payment processing works like this....

the telesales rep makes a sale and directs the customer to my website, where they purchase through paypal. the reps also send a confirmation sale email.

i then ask the rep to send me an email with the name of the business owner / company that they just got to buy my services. I then pay them.

i want to like streamline the whole process, so they get paid via a 3rd party affiliate program. I have like 3-4 packages with varying price structures and monthly fees etc (the sales reps again a commission on the monthly fee too).

ive tried paydotcom and i dont get along with it. any ideas of other good solid services i could use?

    Hi Maggie, and welcome,

The ones that spring to (my) mind are ClickBank and DigiResults.

They do accept "services" (many people believe otherwise, but quite wrongly), and they handle the division of payment between vendor and affiliate with an "automated thingy" (as it's called in the trade) so that (unlike PayDotCom) the affiliates aren't dependent on the vendor for payment, and from your perspective you get your "bookkeeping" partly done, making it easy for you. They charge fees for doing this, though. (ClickBank charges 7.5% + $1 per transaction, all deducted from the retail price before the division of the remainder, so it may well be the most expensive possible way to do it).

The commission-level you pay out (at ClickBank) can be anything between 1% and 75%. But there's a price-ceiling for "new vendors", too, which may be relevant to you.

Having 3 - 4 packages may make it a little more complicated, but I don't think it'll make it impossible.

hey thanks, really appreciate the answer.....its been a real struggle to get this scaled. feel like clickbank could set me on the right track, although shame about the 7.5% ! will check out digiresults and see whats about.

again, thanks for the answer really helped me out here. I had ruled out clickbank from the get go, but clearly it is a feasible option.
