How much do you think my site would sell for?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am going to put a site up for sale on Flippa today. I have been umming and ahhing on whether to put it up and have finally decided to sell it.

The site is in the organic niche

It has 28 Unique articles plus a free PLR eBook givaway
The site has been earning through adsense every month. Only small ammounts 10 euros one month 5 euros another etc.
I have done no promoting or traffic generation all the traffic is organic from keyword SEO rankings in Google.
The site is also monotized with clickbank links
Its about a year old

How much do you think this site will sell for?
Appreciate any opinions

  Thanks. I am hoping it will go for atleast $150 just because I have sold sites with zero income for $100.
  I know people on Flippa love sites that are earning through adsense especially ones that involve no work lol

If you have a decent reputation on Flippa you can get 15, 18 or even 20+ times monthly earnings. Make sure you lay out EVERYTHING and put lots of screenshots up. It helps to offer bonuses (content?) at different levels of pricing to entice the bidding to go higher.

If you can stomach it, try listing at $1 with no reserve. If your bids get above 15 or so you'll get in the "Most Active" section which really helps. Check out our post about it here:

Not sure if I can stomach listing it with no reserve. I often put sites up with $1 starting bid but set the reserve at $50 or $100 I find I still get lots of bids till it hits the reserve price.

  Thanks for the tip! Just a bit too late as I just put it on there and since you can´t do 24 hour auctions anymore I put it for 3 day so it ends on Saturday!

So I put my site up yesterday and am happy to report the bidding is already on $110 with 3 bids!
I put the reserve at $100 and got that on my first bid. It still has 2 days to go
The next question I have is I put the BIN at $295 do you think I should raise it as think its gonna get few more bids towards the end of the bidding.

Any thoughts?

Flippa is very unpredictable, depending on your listing format, description, time you list and the listing technique you deploy (ie low starting price) your end price will dramatically vary.

Thinking will probably leave the BIN as it as. I find that once it reaches the reserve price people normally place very small bids like $5 or $10 and then someone will either BIN or leave it be.
Hoping it will go for BIN of $295!
