In the 5 Years I've Been Online, I've Never Sent Text-Based E-mails. Have I Missed Out?
From the get go I've always sent out html emails. I just assumed that since I could read html emails that everyone could do. Would you say I've missed out on a lot of sales or would you say the percentage the get text only is so small it wouldn't hurt much?
I've now figured out how easy it is to send them out along with html e-mails so I'll start doing such. I just wonder how much money, if much at all, I've left on the table by making this mistake.
