i want to start with one more website ..please suggest me any tips to start with one brand new website ..??

which keyword is best for me and which type of website should i consider.??
please want some tips.??

Looks like you are currently targeting education judging by your sig perhaps you should continue along those lines if that is where your knowledge lies. Maybe something to do with schooling, schools, short courses, tafe/college etc etc..

Here's my suggestion to you :

1. get a mentor who is also your acountabiliy

2. Create a website where you build a community of people who wants you are selling

3. focus on creating products to sell that would transform the lives of your community

4. Recruit affiates

5. Repeat step 1-4 for your next site
