I send your ad to my list... and You send my ad to your list... Just make sure both list are in same niche and get about the same open rate and click rates...

there are sites that keep track of this stuff for you

    Hey y'all

Just a word of caution… Be careful with list swaps. It is easy to start sending out swap after swap and bombarding your list with offers that just are no good.

Then, you end up with a bunch of freebie seekers that are getting hit with offer after offer, day after day. It becomes a very unresponsive list. And it is unresponsive for a reason. They are being bombarded with free offers each and every day. They end up on more and more lists each and every day.

So, it is a good way to build your list. However, you need to do it sparingly and only with people you trust. Also, make sure you have reviewed the landing page and make sure it is a good product that they are giving away. You also want to make sure that they don't trap their visitors into exit pop hell.

    Talk soon,

    Shannon

Thanks Shannon, that's exactly what I wanted to say. Use swaps with an extreme caution!

Listen to Shannon, she is right, swaping is good way to grow your list, but you need to plan the swaps. So you know that you do one or two swaps a week. If you do swaps more often you will ruin your list, not right away, but in the long run. You need to build a relationship with your list, and if you will send them every day a swap, they will start to hate you

Thanks a lot for all the great info,I appreciate it and will keep my swaps at once or twice a week.Makes a lot of sense. So then list swaps and ad swaps are one and the same?
