Does Donkeymails work?

Quick question. Has anyone here every used Donkeymails or other PTC traffic? I was thinking of using this in this format:
Have a landing page with 30 second video giving away free video training course, all they have to do is click the "LIKE" button, then enter their email...using this to build a list and FB group Likes to market to on FB ads.
Just curious if anyone has had experience with this traffic and if it works on free giveaway goodies. Considering all the people viewing the ads are doing so because they want to make money.
