Can I use Twenty Ten 4 commercial redesign purposes

Heo Warriors,

Can I use Wordpress Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven theme ( which comes as default WordPress themes) to redesign them or modify them and sell/use those modified themes 4 commercial purposes.
Will it violate WordPress Rules....OR I can use these 2 theme since they are default WordPress themes.

    Yes you can do what ever you want to the theme you refer to and any theme licensed GPL. Just keep in mind the GPL licence has to stay intact to all those who use your theme.

    In other words anyone can take your design and redistribute however they feel fit.
