Solo ads, how do people gurnatee clicks?

Hi

I see alot of solo ads for sale that gurantee clicks?

How do they do that, I am not sure how they can gurantee clicks,

Is it like a bot that they use to click on your link with rotating ip software.

I just dont get the guranteed clicks part,

Can someone please enlighten me?

    There are many methods to get the "guaranteed" clicks, some of which may or not be effective for conversions. What I do for my clients is use a niche list of highly targeted subscribers and/or redirected traffic until the order is fulfilled.
