If I'm just doing affiliate marketing do I need to Incorporate?

Do I need any kind of insurance to be legal being an affiliate marketer?

No you do not need to incorporate unless you are pulling in like 60K+ a year and can benefit from tax advantages of being incorporated

No you do not need insurance to be an affiliate marketer hope that answers your questions

See, I was wondering the same thing. I'm an affiliate for Site Build It! It's part of their T&C that they will not indemnify an affiliate. I'm on my own, in other words.

Let's say someone I have referred to SBI! buys the product (I wish!) but then decides they have lost money or business because the product wasn't up to their expectations.

My legal advisor tells me that this unhappy customer could indeed sue me senseless, therefore I would need insurance to cover me for this or any other internet business!?
