Flipping Websites: where's the REAL info?

Can someone recommend an info-product and/or - site that covers the actual proces of flipping websites:

- how to make sure a site can easily switch owners
- how to transfer a site & pre-loaded content
- what exactly to deliver to the customer
- best places to sell

and so on...

All tips will be highly appreciated

you can definitely figure out this info without buying a product. Best places to buy and sell cheaper sites are Sitepoint and Ebay. You can go through brokers if you are dealing with bigger money.

It is really easy if you are just selling a site that doesn't involve databases. You would just make a zip file of the website files and send this file to the new owner. Then you would initiate a transfer of the domain name into their name. If databases are involved you would need to figure out how to make a backup of that too and get it to the new owner.

If you really want to know how it's done, just go try to actually buy a site from someone that does this and play customer. This will show you the exact process you need to go through yourself to flip sites.

Well, there was a guy here a while ago who had a WSO that he was offering for sale, I believe it was $15. Say it is flipnoobs.com. the process is actually fairly straightforward, and this small report does give a fairly decent overview to someone who's new at this. I'm not affiliated with the product, but would say if that's what you wanted to do you could get this. Or I suppose I could just tell you how to do it :-)
