Xsitepro help Needed!

Hi People,

I had a virus on my PC 2 weeks ago and lost everything or so I thought. I had xsitepro version 1.6 and had many sites saved. Now I reinstalled xsitepro today and thankfully all my saved sites were still sitting there! But I have added some new content to one site saved it and then uploaded it.

The problem is, my site has been uploaded but the updated content has not been uploaded with it yet when I go back into xsitepro it has saved????

Anyone know how to fix this???

    Hi

Just a guess, but did you backup your sites before the virus? If you did, might be better to restore them and then retry your changes. It's possible that the sites are loaded into your re-installed version properly.

Again, this is just a guess.

    Here is one more guess.

If the new content is a "page" did you tick the "publish" box on the new page info. Mine are not checked by default and I have forgot to check the box a few times.

    erm not sure,

I upload and publish all my sites via filezilla, I dont do them via xsitepro!

    Does that matter??

Can't you go to the actual page on the web and save it and then "import" the page into Xsite?

You're screwed. You'll have to copy and paste the content
as text. The HTML is too complicated to do this with.

This happened to me too. XSP uses CSS and it's not possible to
"download" you site back into the program.
