Monetization Assistance Request: 3k/day, 12k/submitters

Hey guys,

I've had a site for several months now that is doing great, I've got over 12,000 subscribed webmasters submitting articles. It's growing constantly.

It's not a quality-content type of site by any means, but according to Alexa rankings it's in the top 10k in India and top 50k in US and has been for some time.

Anyway, aside from the most basic adsense placement I've done, I'm hoping to work with a more experienced IMer in regards to the Indian market and hopefully someone who markets to article submitters who might want to work something out. I'm 100% ok with you profiting from helping me efficiently monetize this site better.
