Managing other's email campaign, would you do it?

Hello warriors,

As a means to start a website service business, I am considering a way to offer email campaign management.

This would be for those clients that want to be hands off that part of their business.

Would it be practical to do this for others under my own aweber subscription?

Or would it be better to get them to have their own subs on aweber and use their access
to manage it for them?

Any thoughts drawbacks ideas would be appreciated.

I am also wondering if one could transfer a list from one account on aweber to a new account on aweber, without requiring another double opt-in.

Thanks

Rob
P.S.

How much would you charge to do this type of email management service?

I do this for a couple of clients. When I was with Aweber it wasn't possible to use your account to send emails on behalf of others as you didn't have the facility to change the sending name/email address.

This might not be the case now.

I changed to Imnica. There you can change the sending name and email address to that of your client. I think you can also add "users" to your account so the client can view the stats for their campaign. (They can't log-in to your account and actually send campaigns)

I charge my clients £15 every time I send a campaign email on their behalf.

As with everything in this business, there, probably, are people who would like to outsource this task.

I wouldn't ever want to have MY list on YOUR account. That's nonsense...

For the transfer question you can:
    a) read aweber's knowledge base
    b) ask them directly

I think the price would be depending on what exactly is "email campaign management". Would you write the messages? Or just setting up a list and sending the messages? Or...?

@Istvan, I cannot argue that, but there are ppl out there who trust and dont wih to be bothered with this aspect which represents the lifeblood of an online presence.

The task would be mostly to copy and paste and check for any shortcomings of links and test email.

I would do it for others because I have an ability to convert high. Would I trust someone? Sure, but I would pre-test the person first.

Tip: put yourself in a position of a potential client. Ask questions, like why to trust you. Answer them... Do a FAQ section on that on your website.
