where to find quality wordpress templates?

Ok, my second thread. Not sure if this is the appropriate category but hopefully someone will let me know if I'm in the wrong spot.

I'm new to the forum, but only semi-noob to IM. I do know how to SEO a blog - drive traffic to my sites, use WP plugins, get high PR backlinks, e.t.c... I also have a few really decent products/ideas that I want to launch by mid February on optimised sites. I plan to spend this month and half of Feb driving traffic to these sites, getting a few opt in lists and subscribers, e.t.c...

Here's my problem: I don't really have much time this month to do the legwork of building a wordpress template from scratch, employ all the neccessary bells and whistles to make it search engine friendly (with the "must have" plug ins, e.t.c...). I do have the time to drive traffic, and I can do some tweaking on the templates after the fact, that's not my issue. I just need to find a wordpress blog template that is pre-pimped with the bells and whistles, as well as being a blog/site that is simple and very easy on the eyes (think mashable or zenhabits) Oh, and I also want a logo icon that I can use for branding and in the event that I start selling software programs from said sites. :-) I've checked out wordpressdirect but I'm just not feeling that set up.

My question to the veteran warriors is this; how could I best go about the procurring of 3 blogs that are pre fabricated/ ready out of the box - at least to the specifications I detailed above. Also, are there any graphics design companies that would do up a logo for me on the cheap? I am willing to pay, but I don't want to go broke doing this either. What companes would you recommend for this? Are there any warriors here that do this kind of work? Any suggestions at all would be awesome.
