INTERNET MARKETING

Hey guys I made my first Squidoo lens about 2 days ago and it already ranks #464 in Business and #11,363 overall. Is this good or am I getting excited for no reason?

Also any suggestions on improvement would be appreciated, I already took a few words of advice for this page and it has paid off, so I am back for more!

great lens but please becareful with posts like this. Squidoo may block your account because of posts like this one. They have done that too me before!

  I have written them more than 10 times but no reply from them. The first time I wrote them they asked me to send them my links of which I have done but no reply, I have sent so many other emails "no reply".

Add some video of yourself, people love to see and hear from people they learn from.

I think video will also help increase your squidoo ranking.

Looks Good. Your info will be great for newcomers. Regarding your rank, I guess you need to look at how your rank compares to other ranked sites in your category. What's the highest number? 464 out of ?

  I would add two things:
  
  1. A text module right underneath your first post asking visitors to please rate your lens if they found the information informative. I don't think I need to explain to you the value of ratings.
  
  2. A poll would be nice. People like interaction and I always include a poll on every lens that I do. It doesn't have to be extravagant...just a simple question relating to your niche or whatever your Squidoo lens is about. Seems like you've already got a few guestbook comments, so I think you can see the value in adding a poll to the page as well.
  
  Other than that, it'll look really good once you add some more content.

Nice first Squidoo lens. I started a couple months ago and I have finally made some money through Clickbank. Keep writing articles and eventually you'll see your squidoo page ranked high in google!

I just looked at your lens. Nice start, keep adding information. I have created several lenses since mid december in the food category and one of them is are already ranking in the top 50 in the food category. But I did create several lens a few days a part. What helped me understand them better is the information I purchased from Strategic. The material was excellent, and they even told you how to create your own lenses, plus how to monetize the lens. I purchased a few lenses during their WSO special. Then I created about 9 myself.
