    Have you thought about using PLR? Or you could hire someone to write articles for you on fiverr... I use PLR a lot on my sites, just make sure you get good quality articles and that you edit them before you use them...

    I recommend letting the members themselves create the content.

    Private forums and masterminds are a great way to make easy, recurring cash.

    You just create it. I don't understand the question. You can use articles, ebooks, video, audio, whatever you want.
