Are service websites still worth flipping?

I recently started back selling service websites but I have notice everyone is doing the same thing. I use to get $250 per service site now I only get $65 -$120. Is it just me or is this niche over populated?

Yes, most start up sites, service sites, article directories, social bookmarking sites are easy to build and are selling at dirt cheap price. You can't survive selling cookie cutter sites anymore

It's not like before when you could have a large ROI in flipping websites. With a lot of people into this business today the supply is just really to great causing prices to drop considerably.

That's what I thought I do notice that adsense sites and magizine blogs and also social networking websites are selling for thousands if you have decent traffic and revenue.

Yup, you need to expand beyond what everyone else is doing.

"cookie-cutter" sites are just too easy to create and going out like hotcakes.

To make real money on flippa you need to sell big earners that have high consistant sales and traffic.

But if you have that, would you sell it?

I think service sites have become way too saturated on Flippa. I used to flip them also with a great success rate and then reached a platau.
I now work on bringing my sites to reach a small income and traffic each month then flip them.
I also make sure they all have unique content and a unique design I find that this really adds a cherry on the top. Buyers hate to see rehashed content thats not unique.
