is there any free floating ads plugin?

I was wondering if there were any free WP plugins that would insert floating and sliding ads (similar to Soren Jordansen and John Merrick's "Floating Action Button" script)
I would like to create a 120x600 skyscraper for example that instantly displays on the right hand side of the website when the site loads and that slowly slides down or top as the users scroll down or up
Anybody knows of such plugins?
