I am in need of your advices please

Hi Warriors,

I generally come to this great forum just to read posts and learn something about IM. Till date, I am not in IM but now I am prepared to start some business. I am planning to make a blog and sell it. To gain some experience for setting up a blog, I made a blog in a subdomain (just for practice) which you can see at "hindi.agoodplace4all dot com" (wordpress). Please let me know whether another blog like this can be sold.

I have 20-25 PLR articles related to weight loss. I want use them for the blog to be sold. Will it work?

I have a regular hosting account with Hostgator. So I also want to know that a blog in regular hosting account can be sold?

I shall be grateful for your valuable advices.

    any blog on your own host can be sold.

    using plr articles may drop the value of what you offer.....i suggest at least rewriting it in your own words, just keeping the keywords....unique content has just so much more value...it's a bit of work, but it will be worth it

      I agree. The more unique things you can add to the blog, the better it will be and then it doesn't look the same as other sites on the net.

        Yes, but only expect to sell it for what you put into it.

        $20 maybe, after expenses, and depending on the strength of the domain name mostly.

        High quality- original content will fetch you more...

        Many "site flippers" end up working for less than minimum wage, because they didn't develop the sites- or a plan.

    Before you flip blogs using PLR content, make sure you also check out the license terms that came with your PLR content. What you're looking for is unrestricted PLR.

    Otherwise, what you're doing is selling this PLR content to someone else... who then, presumably, gets the rights to do whatever they want with the content. In essence, you're selling rights to the PLR content that you currently have rights to. So you need to check if your PLR license allows that.

    I agree, rewriting the content would be the best way to go. Course, the more you work on it, such as getting back links, letting it age, the more it could increase in value.

    Weight loss is a good topic. You should rewrite the PLR articles before post them into your blog. Drive traffic, get high quality back link, and get high Page Rank. Then sell it with high price. That's what my friend did before he sold his domain.

    I am pleased to inform all of you that I have just registered the domain "rightwaystoweightloss.com" with Godaddy. It will take about 24 hours to propagate it, so I will set up wordpress tomorrow. Meanwhile I am going to write at least 4-5 articles today. I will keep informing you the progress and get your valuable advices and suggestions.
