Need Prospecting/Marketing Ideas For Homeowners Online

I am looking for homeowners online and where they hang out, what steps would you take to go find homeowner hangouts online ?

I am targeting homeowners who are facing foreclosure, divorce, inheritence, job relocation, repairs, selling house , short sale etccc

    Don't know where they "hangout" online -- but offline... they're all usually in front of the Court House

    Perhaps a test PPV campaign targeting URLs of government-type agencies such as HUD.gov may provide good leads.

    Look for sites that offer information and support for people dealing with these issues. Some of them will be homeowners.

    You may also find some possible leads looking for sites that support the next stage - like rental agents, moving companies, even places like mobile home parks, over-55 development companies, etc.

    You just have to open up your creative thought process. Ask yourself "if I were facing [issue], what would i want to know and where would I look?" Then look there.

    Try networking on social networks - not to generate leads, but to learn the answer to your question.
