How do I add one of these?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi
I have a blog, and I have a page on it where I have freebies and competitions listed. I want to have some kind of widget where guests can submit their own freebies etc. Not sure how to do this, have looked at the plugins but can't find any that will do this for me.
Here is the page I want to add the feature to, any ideas? Australian Pet Freebies and Competitions | Best Pet Jobs

  The possible issue is moderation of what is being posted. I would think you would want some control over that?
  
  You can add as many "contributors" to a blog as you want. You can give them specific privileges to allow them to just write and not get into any areas you don't want them in.
  
  Perhaps have them contact you first and then add them in manually.

I would say go on odesk and put a job out there for someone to create the exact widget you want. Shouldn't cost much, but there are some really good, cheap programmers out there who do this stuff all day.
