Best Way to do mulitiple Google Places for one client

I have a client that I sold a website to. It is the number one ranked site for our main keyword phrase.

He already has another website attached to a Google Places listing but it is not doing well.

We want to do another Google Places going after the same keyword phrase by attaching the sold website to a new listing for the SAME city.

What is the best way to do this. He really wants TWO listings for the same company.

Is it ok to just make another Google Places listing, attach the sold website to it, and go from there? I am going to have issues with Google with the multiple listings.

The Google Places sites are organized by company name, so unless you register another Places page with a different company name, I don't think you can do it.

A business can have multiple locations, each with it's own places page, like a chain store. The key is having different physical addreses that can be verified, I'm not sure about now, but people have been able to regsister PO Boxes like the UPS store that look like street addresses.
There's some sort of bulk submission form for something like more than 20 new places at a time.
