Wordpress reporting applciation

Hi,

Have a real estate site. I want to give people who sign up for the newsletter the option of receiving emails containing information about properties that meet the criteria that they entered when they signed up.

Any idea of how I might do this? I am guessing I need to read the database and send information to user if it meets what they are looking for.

I know this is possible in-depth, so only looking for some help in pointing me in the right direction... people/URL's, etc.

Any help most appreciated.

    If the newsletter will only contains updates from your site, you can use feedburner for it, it's free.

    But if you want to add some custom offer then you can use aweber, etc, but they are not free.

    Hi,

    Thanks for input. I already have an AWeber account. But what I need to do is only send information on properties that the user said they wanted to know about when they signed up for the newsletter, at the real estate web site. So need to pull this information out of the real estate database and somehow send it to them via newsletter.

    I am not an expert in this but. One way is to use PHP with parameters and dynamically create a page and send the same to the user. Search Google for it
