How to Actually Make Facebook/Twitter Work for Businesses
I'm a little lost on how Facebook really helps local businesses all that much. For one I don't use it so while I understand it conceptually I'm not sold on it. For you Facebook/Twitter experts out there I have a few questions I'm hoping you could help not only me, but others.
1st How do you get people/customers to sign up to their page?
2nd How do you make an engaging conversation where they see more than just promos? I would assume you sell this as a conversation with your clients to make fans, yet if all we throw is promos how do they see we are conversing?
3rd Other than promoting specials what other ways make FB/Twitter effective for a business owner.
I'm very open minded, I just want to make sure I'm providing value to the business.
